Yes, reschedule or cancel your appointment via the patient portal, Healow app, or by contacting our office at least 24 hours in advance. ​Cancellation  Policy: A $25.00 fee will be charged when a patient fails to provide us with at least 24 hour notice of cancellation, or is a “No Show” for their appointment.

Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid or Kaiser Pernanente.
