Ashleigh Clark, ARNP (Nurse Practitioner)
Gina taylor, Nurse Practicioner

Ashleigh is a Marietta, GA native and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, credentialed with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. When she was 3 years old, Ashleigh told her family that she wanted to be a “Nurse Doctor!” Her passion for helping others, coupled with her innate caregiving abilities guided her career choices. Her childhood dream became reality when she began her nursing career as a Northside Hospital “Northside Scholar” and was the recipient of a $10,000 academic scholarship. She attended Mercer University’s Georgia Baptist College of Nursing and worked as a Nurse Extern in General Surgery/Orthopedics for both Northside Hospital and Gwinnett Medical Center. She graduated from Mercer with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and specialized as a Registered Nurse for Northside Hospital’s Labor & Delivery Unit, one of the busiest delivery hospitals in the world!

As an avid patient advocate, Ashleigh knew she wanted to be a Nurse Practitioner in order to have an even greater impact on her patients' health. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Mercer University, graduating Summa Cum Lade. Prior to joining our practice, Ashleigh worked as an NP in acute care, primary care, and pulmonary care settings. She joined Cobb Internal Medicine in 2017 and strives to provide her patients with a balance of traditional medicine and holistic care, focusing on disease prevention, patient education and health promotion. She is the of Mother two beautiful boys, Gavin & Sebastian, and enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling.

Ashleigh is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to being an integral part of your health and wellness journey.

Gina is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Gina earned both her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Nursing at The University of Southern Mississippi. She began her career as a registered nurse in Gulfport, Mississippi at Gulfport Memorial Hospital, specializing in pediatrics. Prior to joining Cobb Internal Medicine, Gina was a nurse practitioner for an urgent care facility, managing care in the acute care setting. After living on the Gulf Coast for ten years, she relocated back home to Georgia to be closer to family.

Gina focuses on disease prevention through health promotion. She is dedicated to building an open, long lasting and trusting relationship between the patient and provider.

Dr. Mohsin Hisamud-Din is in private practice with Cobb Internal Medicine Associates in Marietta with admitting privileges at Kennestone and Cobb Hospitals.

Dr. Din has been practicing primary care Internal Medicine for more than ten years. He completed his Chief Residency and Internal Medicine Residency from SUNY Stony Brook affiliated Hospitals in Long Island, New York graduating with an ABIM score in the 90th percentile. Subsequently he started practice with a hospital based group in Louisville, near Augusta, Georgia. He relocated to Cobb county a few years back to be closer to family.

In his view, the best patient outcomes are borne out of a trustworthy and mutually respectful relationship between a patient and his primary care physician.

Dr. Seema Hisamud-Din is in private practice with Cobb Internal Medicine Associates in Marietta with admitting privileges at Kennestone and Cobb Hospitals.

Dr. Seema has been practicing primary care Internal Medicine for more than ten years. After completing her Internal Medicine Residency from SUNY Stony Brook affiliated Hospitals in Long Island, New York, she joined a hospital based group practice in Louisville near Augusta, Georgia. She relocated to Cobb county a few years ago to be closer to family in Atlanta.

She attempts to provide compassionate and empathic care to her patients. She believes that in the current highly complex and often fractured medical environment, a primary care physician is an invaluable resource for an optimal patient outcome.
