Rebecca Tsyrlin, Physician Assistant - Certified

Sarah Svedin is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who joined Cobb Internal Medicine Associates in 2020.

Sarah earned her Master of Medical Science (MMSc) in 2018 from Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville, FL where she graduated with highest honors, and has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Oregon Institute of Technology.

Before joining Cobb Internal Medicine Associates, she worked in Interventional Pain Management in Chicago providing joint injections and managing acute and chronic pain syndromes, and most recently at an anti-aging/wellness clinic here in Atlanta. She is passionate about overall health and wellness, preventative medicine, and patient-centered care. As a primary care provider, Sarah always strives to treat her patients with compassion and empathy with a firm belief that the best patient outcomes stem from forming an open and trusting relationship between the provider and patient.

Aside from practice, Sarah enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dog, hiking, traveling, skiing, and exploring Atlanta’s restaurant scene! She is a former collegiate athlete having played volleyball at Oregon Tech and loves being able to play sand volleyball all year long in Atlanta.

Fun fact: Sarah was born and raised in Alaska where she learned to hunt, fish, ski, snowmachine, and survive in the wilderness. When not exploring the outdoors, Sarah spent her time playing sports, working with her dad building custom homes, and enjoying big family gatherings.
